| Philosophy takes a long time to learn. You don't need your path cluttered with tedious tomes that waste your time. We are dead serious about economizing leisure, both ours and yours. |
| We won't waste your time with the "bad guys." You don't need to read more than snippets of them to learn that they're hopelessly wrong. There are honest historians and scholars who can save you that time. We'll offer you the best of those that we can find. |
| We won't waste your time with the second or third-rate. If a work appears on this site, that's because it is in some way the best we know of, or the best we can get. We aim to offer the complete works of the top five philosophers, but only because those five are the best. |
| Deep Thinkers will grow over time, but only as we gradually complete it, or as we discover outstanding new works. We'll probably offer a few items just for fun, but we'll warn you if we do! |
